Gorgeous filigree, Lynn. Reminds me of some of the top range Ethiopian telsum, hair combs and and ear spoons Ingrid has shown us, but I guess it is another piece from the Levant?

Dear Lynn; This is a real cutie! The filigree is splendid. I would allocate it rather to Kurdistan (could still be Syrian Kurdistan). This is just my feeling as I have seen already quite a few necklaces from there, featuring the paisley dangles. With kind regards. Peter

This is beautiful Lynn. I have a necklace with an inverted triangle and similar dangles and I do believe it may be Iraqi/Syrian (see the chain) rather than Palestinian. Here is a photo of the pendant:
