Wow! Nice "Erjeh" Peter. As you have described, this type of headdress is worn in the area of Hauran - a geographic area that extends from southwestern Syria and into the northwestern corner of Jordan .I love the silk tussles and the integrated silver threads.Congragulations. Br

The beading on this headdress truly makes the piece. The design, colors, and soft variegation is extraordinary. It reminds me of "abrash" -- that particularly desirable variation in the vegetable dye of antique rugs. Stunning and fit for a museum. Congratulations Peter!!
