This is a Bosnian pendant with filigree, glass jewels, and a gilded coin dated 1841. Probably 19th century. Photo of the back in the comments.

Photo of the back. I love looking at the back on these pieces, as you can see the spiderweb fineness of the filigree clearly.

Thank you Mustafa, Sami, and Peter. Sami, I believe this is a 20 kreuzer coin of Ferdinand I of Austria. I also love it when coins are used in jewelry.
