Thank you for your comments Lynn and Peter. This is an interesting piece indeed with all the various elements specially the MT thaler which was widely used in different forms in Yemen. I also have another type of Yemeni headbands and the MT thaler but on plain leather. I will try to post once I am back from my travels. Br
