No,it is an old buckle ...I don't have it anymore alas and endeed it costed about 6500€ at the time it was mine and before I sold it ( about 15 years ago!)...and it was mine during 5 years before and it was an old treasure from the begin of the 20th century....best thoughts to both of you and good night.
