Kalash necklace, Pakistan

This necklace is likely from the Kalash people of Pakistan or a related ethnic group, of a style photographed with the Kalash in the early 1980s. With profuse red, blue, and white beads. The red beads are mostly toggle beads with opaque and translucent versions. The blue beads are all translucent, in two colors, with a few "alien-head" shaped beads interspersed in the sme material. The white beads are in all different sizes and I cannot tell if they are glass or shell. Within this necklace there are seven bone spacers, very old with a smooth and shiny worn patina. One space is missing and has been replaced by six large pinkish beads. The necklace is 272 grams and 34 inches around. There are only about 4,000 Kalash in Pakistan. More photos in the comments.
