Amulet-necklace. Late-Ottoman. Antalya Museum.

A silver necklace with a cylindrical 'muskalık' (amulet-box). Late-Ottoman, rural, ca. end of 19th century. The geographical origin of the piece is uncertain. The two smaller pendants could also appear/be used as head ornaments (sewed to the hat, one on each side, hanging down over the ears/temples). On exhibit in the Antalya Museum. (© Dick Osseman).
