this is a rare opportunity to get a sample of a gold one as the silver ones are much more common
Lovely, I'm assuming that it is not stamped, which would be similar to the pieces in silver; rural, not urban.

it is indeed rural in origin but the triangle shaped side pendants which are obviously made following an urban technique are different from the others and magic magic....they do bear hallmarks!!!
possible later replacement of a too much rural pendant such as coral or carnelian by a a freshly migrating saharan jew to a northerly city where these beads were not fashionable!!
Never seen a golden Moorish or South Moroccon Cross like this! Unbelievable that it exists, I really had to rub my eyes. It is beautiful!!!!!
