It's massive. and a mystery to me. Any help identifying it's origin would be most appreciated.

This is a Tibetan style ring made with lapis, contemporary or not so old, starting making these in the 80's forward. The style is traditional except for use of lapis. Either made by Tibetans and or in Nepal or in India by Tibetans. Sold in many Tibetan dharma shops.
