  • These are particularly lovely.  How long are they?

  • Thank you Lynn, these pins are 12cm long, 2,5cm wide

  • lovely too, another style (not Ethiopian)

  • Really Eva, i thought that these pins look the most Ethiopian :-)..a bit like a cross..

All the 18 pins are for sale if you are interested

thank you so much for your input, i have learned a lot!

  • Perhaps I am wrong, I am not the ultimate expert!  Lets see what Ingrid  says, she knows most about Ethiopian jewellery. Perhaps I just have never seen any like these.......could be possible! The little decorations at the three edges (consisting of 3 tiny rounds) could be Ethiopian. I hope Ingrid will comment on this (it interests me!).

  • P.S. Shoudl Ingrid confirm that they are Ethiopian, I would love to buy some!

  • :-)

  • It seems they are Ethiopian!. I wanted to send you a msg but it is only possible when we are friends on Ethnic Jewels. So I sent you a friend request.

  • O, that is great news! Ethiopian after all, and now we also know about the other pins thanks to Ingrid's useful comments. All Ethiopia on the flea market, unbelievable!
