Jeweled Moroccan Bracelet

Please ID - this is a jeweled and enameled Moroccan bracelet, perhaps from Soussi? With four panels enameled in green, yellow, blue, and red. A brilliant glass stone and four smaller contrasting stones decorate each panel. The coins are from the Philippines, 1937-1945. At the hinge and the clasp are cornerless cube knobs with stamped shapes. More photos in the comments.
