Butterfly Earrings

Enameled with carnelian. Very old but not sure if they a Chinese which I suspect. The wire seen in front and on top continues to wrap on back to form for pierced earring. It is very thin (wire) and fragile but lovely when on as it disappears in ear so one only sees the butterfly on ear lobe.

Most likely Qing Dynasty Chinese. Lovely!
