Two sizes of Bawsani beads combine with one of the characteristic Yemeni styles of q'tub, (amulet, hirz, mezuzzah), you name the article, capped off with fertility symbols at the clasp make this a remarkable enough necklace that is was included in the cover of Ornament Magazine, Vol. 26, No. 4, 2003.
