Hi mostly has to do with the amount of these one has seen and making a guestimate of age by the silver quality and rendering of the surface decoration. Some later ones are less worked and I have some earlier ones that have more work.
yes I can take a look and let you know if you want. it's not an exact science but an opinion based on one's own experience and then we have all different opinions!
