These come from the south eatern part of the ait ouaouzguit country, pretty far from Tazenakht and big smithing centers!
Low quality enamel (paint?) and very few filigree!
Could come from Agdz as well which is the closest part of draa valley to the this part of the ait ouaouzguit country, but probably from around foum zguid or even a much smaller community

Hillary, Ayis and Sarah have already documented the piece for you in a way I could not possibly have done (my only thought was, like yours, "Southern Berber"), but I should just like to add that I thank you for posting it, for I find this both interesting and pleasing. Ayis is right about the workmanship, of course - but the very "naivety" of it, so to speak, or its "rustic" quality, quite appeals to me - its seems an unpretentious object with genuine charm,
