Silver Quran holder from Afghanistan

Nice handmade silver Quran holder. It was worn tied around the upper arm as a talisman holding a miniature Quran. This piece of jewelry on the upper arm is called bazuband in Persian.Dimensions in total: 9.5 x 8 cm (3.7 x 3.1 inches) Dimensions centerpiece: 5 x 5 cm (2 x 2 inch) Weight: 82 grams
