  • Beautiful! I have seen similar strands in Mali, but since they used it for praying, I did not even have the thought of buying one... (actually I could search one next time when we go there).
  • What I wanted to say, is, that this style is also used for modern jewellery now in this area, but less beautiful (the metal decoration is less fine than here in the prayer beads  - sorry, my English vocabulary sometimes leaves me...). I have seen  these strands every day in the courtyard of my in-laws... without realizing  that they are really beautiful and worth to add to a collection. Perhaps next time..

    These are stunners...exactly as I had presumed the decor would be . What size are the beads. I had a strand of very tiny ones which I believe may now be with Kim Price!

  • The diameter of each bead is about 1 cm. They are all slightly different in size.
