I assumed it's not cast but hand worked chased.

Of this type of cuff, it's certainly up there in silver quality and workmanship of what I have seen lately anyway.

Exceptionally good - certainly in relation to I think ALL which I have seen over the last ten years or so, and there have been many. Admittedly, I am restricted in my movements! Anyway, it is a very good piece of its kind, of that I have no doubt.
