Sacramental Tiara (for a bishop or abbot). From western Armenia (Anatolia), dated 1853. Partly gilt silver. Made by an Armenian silversmith. (Armenian Museum of France).

Wow, this is amazing. The best craftsmanship used for religious pieces. It seems to depict various scenes from the Bible, for instance, the crucifixion. I suppose, if you held it in your hand and turned it gradually round, many scenes would unfold and would tell a longer story.
