Interesting links here. Usually these chains are very fine linked and tight -- I have never seen one like this before. Did you purchase in Morocco?

The strong trade and design interchange between sari and sarong...India and Indonesia...it is possible to be Rajasthani, but I agree with Hillary that this is most likely Indonesian S x

Vintage Indian pieces usually are stamped RA, which I believe is for 800 silver.
