This appears very Rajasthani to me.
My impression too, Patti - including even the endings, but mainly the arrangement of the other components.
Thank you both for the help. In a huge, historical city like Karachi, there are many cultural traditions, including even an old Parsee community with their practices of exposing their dead on raised platforms.
