the zebra stripe shells are "pusiostoma" shells.

-if you come to the "BIBCO" Bead Conference in Borneo in October I'll be presenting a long paper and a short lecture to encompass the whole subject of beads made with organic materials.

Seeds, beans, nuts, wood, resins, jet, bone, teeth, claws, beaks, horn, antler, feathers, tusks, vertebrae, leather, insect wing-cases, shells, coral, pearls, and so on...! Very interesting to research-
