This is an extremely long necklace, which was usually worn diagonal over one shoulder.

Dear Lynn; I do not have the necklace with me in Jordan but it is well over 100 years old and the coins should be even older than that. With kind regards. Peter

Very nice necklace Peter with very nice elements. The pendant and chain looks very familiar to me but I have never came across such with the coins attached to the chain. I agree with the age estimate you have mentioned. The coins are ottoman commonly dated 1327 or 1292 Islamic calendar 1909 or 1875 or even before. Congratulations Peter, Br
