Wow. This is very, very beautiful. I love the shell closure elements on the ends and the channel of bright color in the middle and along the edges. This was put together by a true artist. You have a fabulous collection!!
hey Lynn …thank you !!
I was looking at your collection…you have beautiful pieces !!!
Congrats on your pictures btw !! ;-)
Angelo
Dear Angelo, I must agree with Lynn, your collection shows great taste. You certainly know how to get stunners! Well Done - I am enjoying your posts tremendously! With kind regards. Peter
thanx Peter …i'm an artist …different eyes i have to say ..and very lucky to have them !!!
I have also non expensive pieces..but used ..and authentic !!
I read an article on this matter by you and i agree in full !!!
A beautiful piece. The coral (assuming it IS coral!) in the bottom segment is most unusual in Naga jewellery, but looks great.
Thanx Joost ….actually are glass beads …rich red/orange color ..that looks like coral …maybe against grey background ……best...Angelo
Thanks, Angelo - I actually feel that it is reassuring that they should be glass rather than coral, as I would not have expected the latter. Even as red glass, they are a somewhat unusual feature for this kind of traditional and rightly admired kind of piece, but they make it more interesting and appealing! A very nice object.
