Mystery bracelet, please ID

Silver bracelet consisting of geometric multi-sided spikes, each side delicately chased. Chain applied around each rim of the bracelet. Closes with a screw with a floral granulation. The chasing reminds me of anklets from Yemen or Egypt. This is a very small bracelet, with diameter under 2". I have not seen one like it. Please ID!
