This is a Libyan hallmark. Lovely bracelet...it was made in Tripoli before the Gaddafi era.
I agree with Edith on the origin of this cuff. This hallmark is marking Tripoli-Libya. The 800 no.may indicate the silver content. The Tripoli silver cuffs are usually 900 but the number is only shown on the side bar which is usually fixed on the main cuff which is a sheet of silver before being engraved and shaped.Then the side silver bars usually fixed on it .
This type of cuff is locally called ' Deblej Mnaffel'. It may have been used in Siwa as through history there is cultural exchange and sometimes the type of silver worn in Libya and Western Egypt especially SIWA are similar.
