Kashmiri Choker with a Frog

An old Kashmiri choker with a protective pendant in the shape of a frog. With filigree, engraving, and embossing. The necklace is .600 silver (x-ray tested.) This is an antecedent of the metal necklaces worn by contemporary Gujjar women and related groups.
