Hi Patti, I agree. it is a Soussi piece.

It is a style which I see regularly in the Tarroudant region this is where it was likely to have been made. there would have been coins attached to the loops.
These made to replicate earlier Tiznit pieces which in turn are influenced by the designs of Algerian Kabyle pieces.
your example has flat red glass insets later pieces have fascetted insets.
I shall post an image of some such examples for you.
Similar styles are still made today. I have seen the production of them in villages around the town of Tarroudant.
The geometric stylings of the enamelled decor are I agree in keeping with earlier Kabyle pieces.
