Unusually bare armed!?

I lived in the old Mellah in Fes Jdid for a while. Down off of the jewelers street was one odd store that sold odds and ends of scrap metal. It was owned and run by an old Jewish woman with short-cropped white hair who dressed like a European. This photo reminds me very much of her!
