  • Nice, I know them only from books! The Dinka are quite a fascinating people. (in general I am against use of ivory, turtoise shell and all this type of animal-material, in favour of saving the animals, except for the natural living ethnies who do not use these materials in extreme masses, and who do not endanger the species). Your photo is probably a scan, I assume, as it is a bit unclear. The rings are beautiful.

  • No, the links are mine, and are part of my private collection. The pictures I made it. with the celular. Personalemte do not like ivory objects made now, not ever buy them. I like antique ivory jewelry because they belonged to and worn by someone. And, I try to wear them with the same ease of those who have ndossati before me. And, of course, will have used the ivory of a dead elephant for their jewelry. (I hope so)

  • lovely rings Marcello.
