  • Very beautiful, refined - elegant. Thanks for posting all these beauties Ingrid! With kind regards. Peter

  • Thank you Peter.

  • it is a fantastic piece, I really did not know what to say...... so I said nothing.... but it is great.

  • Thank you Eva I am also impressed  with this piece.  So I will hang on to it for the time being. It is Yemeni. Warm gr. Ingrid.

  • Another gorgeous piece, Ingrid, with some interesting features. .. such as the thread of coral beads directly under the hirz and the 'arrow heads' at each end of the main hirz. They give the piece an individual character. I'm familiar with threads of coral beads at the bottom of the chains to link them altogether but I think this is the first time I've been conscious of them directly under the hirz. Are the black beads black coral?

  • Thank you Thelma.  The black beads (very dark brown really) are wood.

    Gr Ingrid.

  • Wow, that's impressive Ingrid! You definitely should hang on to it even though I imagine it's rather a burden to actually wear it :)

Is this the original stringing or did you restring this beauty? I really like the wooden beads as finals.

  • Betty thank you for your appreciation. It is original, at least as I received it. Not bad to wear really, but not my style, so it remains stored for the time being. I would wear the upper part not with the lovely pendants, a bit too much for me.
