Rare and fine Uighur earrings

This is a wonderful - finely made and early - pair of silver and coral Uighur earrings, gratefully purchased from our fellow collector Howah Chen. Truus and I are very pleased with these fine pieces. The granulation is particularly attractive, in conjunction with a great overall shape. As I get older I get fussier, and I have just sharpened this image so that the granulation is more clearly visible.
