Description says Alexandria, Egypt, but It does not look particularly Egyptian to me...Image from a postcard being sold on eBay.

This should be an "arab" women from Djibouti

Many jewelry, a lush fabric, means that this women could be among those claiming arab ancestry and living in Djibouti of somali coast

I guess alexandria here is the name of the issuing company
