A very impressive piece, but wearable. I love the enamel work.
Marie Ange, I agree completely with Betty, I love the chains especially and of course the pendant. Gr. Ingrid.
Thanks all I was so lucky my friend found and sold it to me :)
I have always fancied one of these. I see there are chain controls on this too. Sorry, it's a current obsession of mine! The necklace is beautiful. Congratulations, Marie Ange.
HI Thelma, sorry what do you mean by chain controls?? yes it is a stunning necklace better life!
WOW, Marie-Ange, this is really a gorgeous piece - I love large jewelry - congratulations! Peter
Thanks a lot Peter! yes I know we share this love for large jewelry!!
Sorry, Marie Ange I missed your question about chain control. I'm interested in the way long chains are controlled to keep them nicely apart and to stop them tangling. So in the case of your necklace ... those narrow oblong decorative panels seem to be playing that role as well as enhancing the beauty of the necklace in their own way.
Indeed Thelma, the chains do not curl or get messy they stay in place by the panels.
