Could also be Rajasthan. Rajasthan, Gujarat and parts of Pakistan have a shared jewellery tradition that goes back centuries before the creation of the Indo-Pakistan border in 1947.
But the arrangement of the 3 amulets resembles traditional Kutch necklaces.
Thank you for your thoughts, Preethi. If you have seen any similar examples I would love to see them. I agree the configuration resembles Kutch necklaces -- I have seen three amulet necklaces from Afghanistan with mixed silver and less detail on the repousse.
