  • Hi Sarah, yes please do...they exist.. Dont trust the dealers. One of our member had one on sale a couple of years ago but I unfortunately didnt win it..Am glad Gabus is backing me up!..........

  • Sorry it took me so long to find a reference...it will now become quest!....watch this space......

  • I always do...good luck.

  • nice sandales samples

  • Apparently these exist in real life. There is an example in http://www.afrislamicmuseum.com/#!amulette-porte-coran/c58z -- it is number 15 of the porte coran page.

  • 2506008800?profile=originalSo happy I was able to get the image at last--this is a great motif -- gives me something to look for.

  • splendid fotos and the link items

  • the sandaale has a high consideration in the tuareg culture. we find it in jewelry, wood, leather and textil work

  • The scandal has Islamic connotations.

Chantal, Do you happen to remember if it was us who had it?  I can't remember for sure, but I vaguely recall having one in our stock some years ago.  If you do happen to remember, I can look for the photo.

  • Whoops, that should read "sandal", not scandal!
