  • beautiful items!!! You mean, this was your first digital photo? it's lovely!

  • anna. for the first picture, it is great, you will see how easy to work with a digital one and how fast it is. nive necklaces too

  • Yes, my husband has been the photographer with a 10-year-old Sony digital that our son gave us.  My husband loves to juggle a lot of equipment, lights, tents, and such in a darkened room.  It is maddening to me to have to stretch into the tent to put up my display!  I wanted a camera that I could rely on to get an adequate photo of something I had composed out in the open light.  We will see if I have made the right decision.  I may wish to set up my husband's little dining table studio again. ;)

I must say the new Nikon did well for me for my very first ever digital shot.  I had not even composed that photo.  I had just piled things over on the buffet and on the neck of the mannequin while I took down my hubby's studio.  When I had the camera battery all charged up and had it mounted on the tripod, I just turned around and there was the buffet top strewn with the jewelry that I would be listing .  I just thought 'why not?' and pointed and clicked.  ;)  It will probably never again be that easy.

To Ait: thank you as always for your encouraging words.  ;)

  • Lovely photo Anna!, those camera's are little wonders. After a while you do not want anything else.

  • Oh, good to hear that I chose a good one.  I was not sure that it would be the right one for me, but it is beginning to feel right.  Thanks, Harald and all.
