These are all quite pleasing little bits - not "important", but nice all the same.
Isabel, I am looking at the two in the middle, I do have a simular set from Eritrea and was told that it were the men who did wear one (just one) if true, is or was this also the case in Yemen?

@ Ingrid: if you got some time, would you show us the Eritrean earrings? I never saw similar ones there - let alone worn by men. It would be so interesting to find out more (which ethnic group etc...)
Betty I have just added a set of photos to show my earrings, but now I doubt whether they are Eritrean, the work does look more Yemeni. Perhaps it was a short period fashion brought in. I remember having seen once the artist Aferwork who loved to dress up in the graceful national dress and his attire included wearing an earring.
