Non precious metals:probably for the tourist market.

They were also popular among moroccan as trinkets for house interiors

Thanks Ayis. I only paid a couple of dollars for it so I don't feel too silly :) I'm just starting out with my collections of ethnic jewellery, so I appreciate the expert advice.
