chinese necklace

semi precious stone beads, Chinese of good age. Probably Florite .These are a few hundred years old by the look of the use and wear , patina (private collection Linda Pastorino)

This looks like fluorite, a semi precious stone that come in shades of lilac, blueish green and yellow.

I`ll back fluorite, too.

A well known purple blue variety from Derbyshire, UK is known as Blue John. Now mined out.

I had it marked lately as same as you are suggesting in my files but didn't know if that was correct, if you say that too, then i think that is right ..
