  • Nice bracelets Peter. I would say these are most probably come from Deir el Zoor in syria and if they are not then they are very similar in the design to the Deir el Zoor Bracelets. I have a few and I will post them soon for comparison. Br

  • I love these bracelets, very soulful as most jewelry from the Levant is.  I have found some museum references that also ID them as a Syrian design.

  • Like you wrote Peter a well used set.  I love the thoughtful design of its comfortably shaped out, not the case with loads of cuffs. I like also besides its strong decoration the lock,and such a generous pin.
