  The strip over the closure suggests Soussi to me. The enamel colours and quality, and the cabochon settings say the same.
  I think i can detect the dark line which suggests a perforation of a bead in one of the cabochons. If this is correct this strengthens the argument for Soussi production.
  If the beads are flat glass this dates them to post 1950 czech production, likely jablonec. The settings for them look original, so this gives us post 1950 as a date range starting.
  
  Have you handled this piece, is there more to know re age, patina inner wear?

  actually did not handle it myself, only assessing it from the picture, indeed it looks moroccan, but i was most amazed with the use of the strip hiding the closure, very unusual in moroccan copies

  You are right Sarah pointing out the perforated beads used in the cabs which means it is quite a late piece

  Patina and some wear is obvious but general feem is that it does not fit with the copies coming from Morocco

  I have seen this strip used in pieces from the Tarroudant region, fantasie pieces made by the Hamid family of bijoutiers.

  Ultimately the Soussi jewellers of tarroudant are copying the work of the silversmiths in Tiznit, who are copying the work of the silversmiths of Kabyle.

  A good look at the glass and the inner would be really helpful for a dating process.....can you ask the vendor for another pic or two?!
