Wow - what a stunner, Peter. Where do you always find these Museum pieces?
I reminded of a recent discussion on fb (?) or even on this forum (?), however, whether or not this style does actually originate in Dagestan bit was worn also in Azerbaijan. If I find the thread again I will post a link.
