The rows of dots divided by a line represents the palm tree and therefore fertility

We know a wonderful family in the tiny village of Ait Ouzzine, This lady bears a stiking resemblence to the ladies we know there.

love that photo too. Thanks for the explanation of the tattoo. I have been quite a while in the Draa valley, but unfortunately too long ago... (before my Mali experience). I wish I could remember if I had seen tattoos like this.. should go again, I suppose...
