I love the simply geometry of the form and surface design. Is that a signature on the back?

Hi Susan,
It is a nice one. I will measure these pieces this morning and add info to the pieces. I bought a few pieces from a man who inherited them from his uncle who worked in Niger during the 1950's.
These crosses and the box are part of his collection.
The etching on the pieces is really fine and carefully worked.
It is a signature on the back.
