  • Did you get these in Morocco and or in Europe?  I really like the rings that are enameled. I remember when I was 12 the first things I ever purchased before going to Morocco at 13 were those rings with enameled knobs. I knew they were for hair but I wore them on my fingers.  I have a bag of these eggs and a broken necklace that needs tons of work. It is on consignment at alo of $$ and decided it is too much work to put into it and if it doesn't sell. they are very beautiful but I'm not into all the work involved to sell them, if they were cheap I would do the effort.

  • Bought all of them on internet over time, the 2 hairrings just arrived from Ayis they are lovely.  Yes I also wear some as fingerrings but this is a very large ring size, too bad.

If you don't want to repair the necklace why not sell the parts?

  • The bag of parts was on consignment for me to sell as I said I would fix it. there is too much work involved at the price they are asking. They are asking a price like the cost of a full necklace. I am just not into all the work and then if it doesn't sell giving away my labor for free.  I would never be able to sell it for the price they are asking in parts so that's why I wouldn't offer it as is.  People are getting also very greedy who have these items now.

  • Oh I understand no you should not do all that work just for free, I agree prices have gone nuts only the happy few will be able to buy old originals anymore.

  • Hairrings are esp. nice.

  • Stunning collection!

  • happy they joined this beautiful collection

  • I was happy to get them!!

  • the only ones like this I have I got in the early 80's. I strung them in with Tibetan amber and coral and Himachel pendants. I like the eggs with enameling so much.  Mine are so beat up there is hardly any color or enamel left. They are the first thing I remember seeing around for sale in the markets when I went to Morocco. These are the ornaments I think about when I think Moroccan jewelry. 2505992715?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024
