NECKLACE - SYRIA

This is a super rare necklace. Beside the individual units with niello, the chain itself is noteworthy. It is fully made by hand, hence, each part of the chain is special made and not stamped by a machine as this is usually the case!

    This is a beautiful necklace Peter !in addition to the nice chain, the triangular shaped pendants, the niello inlay and the coins are really impressive. It is in excellent condition. This is with no doubt a museum piece. Congratulations on this find. Br

    Lovely piece, necklaces from the Levant often have triangular  elements.
