  The clasp is very modern though and reminescent of some european influence, the chain is similar to that used on a couple bracelets i have had from the Aures mountains BUT using a hinge system complete, halving bracelets in two equal parts (opposite to the regular one-opening hinge usually found on aures bracelets)

  The applique is cast in the same way aures smiths work.

  A last note would be the overall shape on welding a large ornate applique on a rather thin wired bracelet, a very widespread tradition which IMHO originates in post renaissance europe and spread across the mediterranean, with samples being produced in the tunisian chichkhan traidtion as well as complete gold and emeral/diamond stud bracelets in morocco during the 70's/80's

  JUst a few comments but i am attracted to a Algerian/Tunisian border piece with a pretty urban taste to it

  Interesting how the opinions can be differents. I took away the possibility of aures because ot the chaine,the clasp,the 2 parts and the sampl. Even with the european influence,i see aures jewelry different. I dont remenber seen an aures bracelet with asymetric or incomplet sample, there is few thinn uares bracelts and they are always worn with big ones or oulad nail ones
  The 2 birds took me a second to tunisia but is for me not enough
