Reliquary of the skull of St. George Chiopolites. Late-Ottoman era & style (neo-Rococo), 'Rum' (Greek Anatolian), 1816. Commissioned by the soap manufacturers' guild, from the goldsmith Pantazis Marangopoulos in Smyrna (Izmir). H. 16 cm; diam. 20 cm. (Benaki Museum, Athens).
