If it is Tunisian, it would be from the south eastern area near Libya. It is very similar to an ornament on page 21 of Alberini's book "Libyan Jewelry." The border between Libya and Tunisia has moved over time and the culture is also closely shared in these areas. Stylistically, it is often difficult to clearly define the difference between Libyan and Tunisian jewelry in the border regions. This piece has no hallmark, so it it difficult to say for sure.
Hi Preethi: I took so many photos in Tunisia, that sometimes I forget about the details in them. I thought you would find the attached interesting. It is a chain of ornaments that includes one similar to the above. In fact, I took this photo at the Amazigh (Berber) museum in Tamerzet (southeastern areTunisia).
